Our Shree Mota Bavan Kadwa Patidar Samaj Pragati Mandal, Vadodara has organized a cricket tournament in place of the garba for the Summer Sneh Milan to promote youth health and organization. We kindly request all members to support and cheer for the young players of our community throughout the tournament and to be present until the trophy distribution after the final match.

Bhojan Pass
  • We would like to inform all members that a bhojan pass for the “Summer Sneh Milan and Sports Day – 2024” is available for Rs 70/- per person. Passes can be obtained from the nearest committee members. Please ensure you purchase your bhojan pass by May 25, 2024, by paying Rs 70/- per person.
  • After May 25, 2024, the cost for obtaining a bhojan pass will be Rs 100/- per person. To obtaining bhojan passes after this date, please contact the Pramukh or Mantri.
  • For your convenience, we have decided that if you are unable to attend the “Summer Sneh Milan and Sports Day – 2024” due to unavoidable circumstances, you can return your bhojan pass by May 25, 2024, and receive a full refund.
  • Players who have registered for the cricket tournament by paying Rs 300/- will receive a complimentary bhojan pass and a team T-shirt.

Note:
  • The deadline to submit the form is May 10, 2024. Registration form submitted after May 10, 2024, will not be accepted.
  • Players who have reached the age of 15 by June 1, 2024 (born before June 1, 2009), are eligible to participate in the Cricket Tournament.
  • The Cricket Tournament is scheduled to begin on Sunday, June 2, 2024, starting at 5:00 PM and continuing until 11:30 PM, or until the conclusion of the final match. If additional teams participate, matches may be arranged from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM. The final decision regarding scheduling will be made by the organizing committee.
  • Shree Mota 52 Kadva Patidar Pragati Mandal – Vadodara will provide a complimentary team T-shirt to each player.
  • During the Cricket Tournament days, the Shree Mota 52 Kadva Patidar Pragati Mandal – Vadodara will be hosting a dinner at 7:00 PM. Each player will be provided with a complimentary dinner pass. However, attendees other than players will need to purchase dinner passes.
  • To enhance the tournament’s atmosphere, the participation of all Vadodara Progress Mandal members and their families is crucial. As representatives of our organization, it’s imperative that we uphold decorum, maintain appropriate conduct, use respectful language, and stay within our limits.
  • To explore sponsorship opportunities (team ownership), please connect with committee members Bhaveshbhai M. Patel (Hajipur), Jaydeepbhai A. Patel (Ralisana), or Deepakbhai A. Patel (Rajgadh).
  • Similar to the IPL, team owners will receive points for assembling their teams. These points will then be utilized by the team owner to choose players for their team.
  • In case of any disputes, the organizing committee will have the authority to make the final decision.
  • Currently, our summer gathering prioritizes youth wellness and community solidarity with a cricket tournament, instead of garba. We warmly welcome all family members, uplifting the morale of our young players until the final match.
  • The committee will communicate any additional essential information according to the schedule.
To reach the “Sara Cricket Ground”

  • After Dumad, heading towards Surat, you will come across the Dena bridge. Do not go over the bridge. Instead, turn left immediately after the bridge. After turning, continue straight for about 2 kilometers. The cricket ground will be on the left side, along the main road.
  • After Waghodiya, heading towards express-way after Halol/Golden Chokdi bridge, you will come across the Dena bridge. Do not go over the bridge. Instead, turn right immediately from under the dena bridge. After turning right, continue straight for about 2 kilometers. The cricket ground will be on the left side, along the main road.
