Sasan Gir Picnic 2024

We planned to organize a two-day picnic in Dwarka this year. However, due to a large-scale Parayan event and flag-hoisting ceremony on the chosen date, we couldn’t arrange accommodation in Dwarka despite our best efforts.

Hence we have decided the travel destination Sasan Gir (Resort and Jungle Safari) and Sarangpur as per below program.:

Picnic Detail:

Places: Sasan Gir (Resort and Jungle Safari) and Sarangpur
Date: December 28 and 29, 2024 (Bus will be departed on the night of December 27, 2024, at 10:00 PM)
Fee: 2800 rs/person
Booking Date: December 1, 2024 to December 10, 2024

Note:

• To book the resort and sleeper bus for Sasan Gir, please register your name between 1st December 2024 and 10th December 2024.
• There will be no ticket charge for children under 5 years
• For children aged 5 to 10 years, the cost is 1,000 rupees per ticket, and they will not be provided a seat on the bus.
• For individuals aged 10 and above, the cost is 2,800 rupees per ticket.
• Bookings will be accepted until the seats for two buses are filled. After that, names will be added to a waiting list. Bookings from the waiting list will be confirmed only if there are cancellations or if enough people register to fill a third bus. Please register your name on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If you need to cancel your booking after payment, please inform the person who handled your booking. This will help with rebooking the seat and processing your refund.
• To register your name, please contact the following committee members. Seat numbers will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
