41st Annual Function

We are delighted to announce that the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Shri Mota Bavan Kadwa Patidar Samaj Pragati Mandal, Vadodara will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2026. We cordially invite all members, along with their families, to join us. Please find the details of the program below.

Date and Time:

4 January 2026 (Sunday) 8:30 AM onwards

Venue:

Shantanu Party Plot, Opposite Chhani Gurdwara, Chhani, Vadodara

Schedule:

Tea: 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM
Sports: 9:30 am to 11:30 am
Lunch: 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
AGM: 1:30 PM onwards
Dinner: 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Bhojan Pass

• We would like to inform all members that a bhojan pass for the “41st Annual General Meeting” is available for Rs 100/- per person. Passes can be obtained from the nearest committee members. Please ensure you purchase your bhojan pass from  December 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, by paying Rs 100/- per person.
• After December 31, 2025, the cost for obtaining a bhojan pass will be Rs 150/- per person. To obtaining bhojan passes after this date, please contact the Pramukh or Mantri.
• For your convenience, we have decided that if you are unable to attend the “41st Annual General Meeting” due to unavoidable circumstances, you can return your bhojan pass by December 31, 2025, and receive a full refund.

Academic Prize

For the year 2024-2025, students are required to submit a copy of their mark sheet if they have achieved the specified percentage criteria outlined below.

Academic Prize

• Std 1 to 9: 75% or above
• Std 10: 70% or above
• Std 12: 60% or above
• Diploma/Degree/Master’s Degree or above: Passed in first attempt.
• State Level: Won a gold medal.
• National Level: Participated.

Keshav Paritoshik

• Obtained MBBS Degree
• Completed Postgraduate Degree (Post MBBS)
• Qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Obtained a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree from IIT/IIM
• Cleared GPSC/UPSC exam and joined government service
• Winner at State/National Level Competitions

The student or their guardian must upload the mark sheet via the provided Google link (https://forms.gle/iPKYZrGw7ieaKnjH9) by November 30, 2025.

About giving speeches on social, health, and educational topics:

• We would like to inform you that at the “41st Annual General Meeting”, all members who wish to share their thoughts on social, health, and educational topics-keeping the community and youth in mind-are requested to contact Mantri Shree. by “December 20, 2025”. This applies to children in standard 1 and older, as well as women and young individuals. Please be sure to provide your name and the topic you wish to speak about.
• Everyone participating is expected to prepare and come in their own way.
• Each person will have a maximum of 5 minutes to speak.

To become a new member:

Members who have settled in Vadodara and are not permanent members of the Shri Mota Bavan Kadwa Patidar Samaj Pragati Mandal, Vadodara can become members by paying a membership fee.

Important Notice

• This time, we have secured a party plot at a lower rental rate, using the connections of our respected elders. With the wedding season in December, the party plot and hall will be beautifully decorated. There are no restrictions on taking photos, but we must remember to uphold our values and voluntary discipline, ensuring that the party plot remains undamaged. Please inform our children about this.
• The entire party plot is equipped with CCTV cameras. If any child causes damage, the cost will be charged to their guardian. Let’s make sure we don’t have to express regret due to the actions of our elders.
