We are pleased to inform you that on the occasion of “Summer Sneh Milan and Cricket Tournament – Year 2025” “Shri Mota Bawan Kadwa Patidar Samaj Pragati Mandal, Vadodara” is organizing a “Cricket Tournament” on 7th and 8th June 2025 as per the following schedule.

For the past two years, the Vadodara Pragati Mandal has successfully organized this cricket tournament with the objective of: Promoting physical fitness among youth, strengthening unity within the community and creating opportunities for young members to connect and interact

The tournament has received tremendous enthusiasm and participation from the youth, made possible through the blessings and support of our respected elders. Seeing the increasing enthusiasm every year fills us with great pride.

To organize this year’s tournament in a larger, more organized, and grand manner, we seek the blessings and financial support of respected community members.

As part of the tournament planning, the Player Auction Event will be held on 26 April 2026 (Sunday) where player selection and sponsorship processes will take place.

We cordially invite all respected elders to attend the auction event in large numbers, encourage the youth, and support this community initiative by joining as sponsors.

Important Notice for Cricket Tournament:

• The registration form should be filled only by members who wish to participate in the tournament.
• Participants must be members of Shree Mota Bavan Kadva Patidar Samaj Pragati Mandal – Vadodara. Registrations from non-members will not be accepted.
• Only players who turn 14 years old by 30 May 2026 (Date of Birth 30 May 2012 or earlier) are eligible to participate.
• Registration will be considered valid only after the registration fee is received before 11 April 2026.
• The last date to fill the form is 11 April 2026 (Saturday). After this date, registration will require contacting the President or Secretary, and approval will depend on the committee’s decision.
• A maximum of 5 teams (60 players) will be registered for the tournament.
• If sufficient registrations are not received for the 5th team, the tournament will be conducted with 4 teams (48 players). In that case, the last registered extra players will have their registrations cancelled and their full registration fee will be refunded.
• Each player will receive a Team T-Shirt and Meal Pass free of cost from the organization.
• Any additional information related to the tournament will be announced by the committee from time to time.
• In case of any dispute, the committee’s decision will be final.
• The executive committee reserves the right to modify the above decisions depending on time and circumstances.
