Our Shree Mota Bavan Kadwa Patidar Samaj Pragati Mandal, Vadodara has organized a cricket tournament for the Summer Sneh Milan to promote youth health and organization. Bhojan Pass
- On the night of 7 June 2025 (Saturday), light refreshments have been arranged during cricket tournament. All members, along with their families, are cordially invited to attend and cheer for the players. No meal pass is required for this day.
- For the dinner on 8 June 2025 (Sunday), all members are kindly requested to obtain their Bhojan Pass by paying ₹70 per person to the nearest committee member by June 5, 2025.
- After 5 June 2025, the cost for obtaining a Bhojan Pass will be Rs 100/- per person. To obtaining Bhojan Passes after this date, please contact the Pramukh or Mantri.
- For your convenience, we have decided that if you are unable to attend the “Summer Sneh Milan and Cricket Tournament – 2025” due to unavoidable circumstances, you can return your Bhojan Pass by 5 June 2025, and receive a full refund.
- Players who have registered for the cricket tournament by paying Rs 500/- will receive a complimentary Bhojan Pass and a team T-shirt.

Sponsorship:
- The team sponsor has to give a minimum decided sponsorship amount.
- Bidding will be held on the day of the team auction for the cup sponsor of the cricket tournament.
- Any person/company from our samaj or outside can provide sponsorship for cup and banner advertisement. Bhojan passes will be provided according to the sponsorship amount.
Important Notice for Cricket Tournament:

- Player must be a member of Shri Mota Bawan Kadwa Patidar Samaj Pragati Mandal – Vadodara to participate in the tournament. Registration of any outsider player will not be considered.
- Only players who will complete 15 years of age by 1 June 2025 (whose date of birth is on or before 1 June 2010) will be eligible to participate in the tournament.
- The last date for filling the form is 2 March 2025 (Sunday). After this date, pramukh and mantri have to be contacted for registration. The final decision will depend on the committee’s approval.
- Each player will be given a team t-shirt and bhojan pass for free by Sri Mota Bavan Kadwa Patidar Samaj Pragati Mandal – Vadodara.
- Other necessary information regarding the tournament will be announced by the committee in due course.
- In case of any dispute, the final decision will be taken by the committee.
- The committee reserves the right to change any of the above decisions subject to time and circumstances.
